For more than 42 years, Randy has built his career around a simple belief: do good work, treat people right, and take pride in every detail.

His career began in flooring sales and installation with one of the largest retailers in the Delmarva and Mid-Atlantic region. In 1988, Randy ventured into self-employment, building a reputation for craftsmanship and an ability to take on highly detailed, demanding projects.

That reputation eventually led to a relationship with DuPont and increasingly complex projects throughout Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Randy specialized in high-end custom carpet installations, intricate patterns and specialty flooring, working with designers and commercial clients on projects that required precision and an exceptional eye for detail—including custom company logos created and installed in prominent commercial spaces.

As his career evolved, so did the scope of his work. Randy expanded into residential renovations, bringing the same level of precision and care to kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and complete interior renovations.
